Our roots go back generations, inspired by a deep love for Italian cooking and the belief that food should be simple, fresh, and made with care. That foundation led us to start our journey in the food business, eventually launching our first concept and growing into what Pellegrino’s is today.
What began as a passion has turned into a commitment — to serve high-quality food, to stay true to our heritage, and to create something meaningful for our community.
We’ve spent years building this from the ground up — from running a food truck to operating at the Naval Surface Warfare Center- Corona — learning what works, what matters, and what people truly appreciate.
